Process

We’ve been at this for a while. And in all of the home runs, foul balls (also, walls) we’ve hit, we’ve learned what works best: putting users first. That said, we built our entire process around that idea and it’s been a good move. At least, the clients who have kept us going for the last few years think so anyway.

We’re also open about how we do things and what you’re getting. If you have questions, ask away—we aren’t a black box. We even wrote our agreement in Plain English, so you don’t have to bother with any legalese. Now that you’ve seen what we do, here’s how we do it.

A few highlights

  • A typical web project takes about 6-8 weeks to complete. Your mileage may vary, depending on the complexity. A typical iOS app takes about 6-12 weeks to complete.
  • You’ll sign an agreement written in Plain English. No thick legalese here.
  • You can see some average prices for projects here.

  1. Understand

Let’s figure out how we can help you.

Before we do any design work, we'll do what any other professional should do: understand what's wrong and how we can fix it. We'll usually start with a short (but thorough) call to talk about:

  • Goals this project needs to meet.
  • What isn't working for you right now.
  • Anything else we need to understand about your project.
